Reedrummond is an author, food photographer and TV host from the United States. Most famous is the blog she runs called The Pioneer Woman. She lives on a ranch located in Oklahoma. In her blog, she writes about her experiences on her Oklahoma ranch. She describes her life as a woman as well as mother. The Pioneer Woman was awarded the Annual Weblog Awards, The Pioneer Woman won the Weblog of the Year in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. Born at Bartlesville Oklahoma, she attended college to study journalism and gerontology. In 2006 she started her online blog pioneerwoman.typepad.com and later changed the name to Confessions of a Pioneer Woman and finally to The Pioneer Woman. Confessions of A Pioneer Woman is one of the many successful pages on her site. This blog gained huge acclaim and popularity with a number of prominent publications applauding the style of her writing and some high-quality photographs. She also puts up stunning food photos on her blog. In 2011, she launched her own show on TV called The Pioneer Woman which is continuing to air through The Food Network. She also writes books which, in the majority of them, are filled with cooking recipes. Columbia Pictures is turning her book Black Heels & Tractor Wheels into film.
